You can rely on our fast and friendly shipping department! Most orders received before 2:00 pm (Central), 3:00 pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday are shipped that day from Massillon, Ohio. Orders received later will be shipped the next day. Orders containing prescription items may require additional processing time. Your order is shipped to you the best way or as you have specified when ordering.

Shipping rates are based on where you are located in relationship to our Massillon, Ohio warehouse, whether or not you have any items with FOB indications, and how your order will be shipped. Please see FOB Rate Chart for more details on FOB weights and rates.

If you are not satisfied with something you ordered from us, simply return it to us in new, unopened, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after 30 days, or in less than new condition, are subject to a restocking fee. We are happy to issue a credit, refund or replacement for items returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. Vaccines and other biologicals, and items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable. Special Order and Drop Ship products are non-returnable. State law prohibits the return of Prescription products.
